Show HN: Interview OS, a privacy-first job tracker

Hi HN,

I built Interview OS to solve my own job hunting chaos after applying to 50+ roles and losing track of applications, interviews, and follow-ups.

Key features: - Kanban-style pipeline for tracking applications - Interview round logging with markdown notes - Email templates with {{placeholders}} that auto-fill company and role details - Emails sent from your own address using your SMTP - Community section for sharing real interview questions

The main goal was to keep everything privacy-first and under the user’s control.

Stack: Next.js 14 (App Router), TypeScript, MongoDB, Prisma, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI
